General Information
What is Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)?
ABA is a scientifically supported approach to improving behavior and teaching essential skills. It uses individualised strategies to help children with autism and developmental differences gain skills in areas like communication, social interactions and daily living tasks.
How can ABA therapy help my child?
ABA therapy helps children develop crucial skills for independence and quality of life. Through personalised treatment plans, we focus on teaching communication, social skills, emotional regulation, and daily living tasks in a way that is meaningful to each child.
Is ABA therapy only for children with autism?
While ABA is commonly used for children with autism, it can also benefit children with other developmental differences. Each therapy plan is customised to meet the unique needs of the child.
What type of NDIS participants can you support?
- I offer services to both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. As I do not yet have an NDIS provider number, I am currently unable to provide services to agency-managed participants. I am working on obtaining a provider number and will provide updates to my clients as soon as it is available, either through my website or via direct communication. I charge only the NDIS recommended rates and welcome the opportunity to discuss how I can support your child’s unique needs.
