Modern ABA provides Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy and related services, including:
- Individualised therapy for children with autism
- Parent and caregiver coaching
- School and educator training
- Responsibilities of Users
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our website or services. You also agree to cooperate with Modern ABA and provide necessary information for the effective delivery of services.
- Payment & Billing
Payment for services will be outlined in your agreement with Modern ABA. Payment is due as per the terms specified at the time of consultation or service provision.
- Limitation of Liability
Modern ABA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
- Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your personal and health information. All information shared with us will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
- Modifications to Services
At Modern ABA, our priority is providing high-quality, ethical, and effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. However, there may be circumstances where services are discontinued.
Reasons for Discontinuation:
We may discontinue services if:
- The client has met their goals and no longer requires ABA therapy.
- Services are no longer beneficial to the client.
- The client, parent, or guardian requests to end services.
- Continuation of services may cause harm to the client.
- The client/family consistently cancels sessions, does not adhere to the treatment plan, or engages in conduct that prevents effective service delivery.
Our Process for Discontinuation:
- We will provide clear communication and adequate notice before discontinuing services.
- We will offer referrals to other qualified providers to ensure continuity of care.
- If requested, we will share necessary documentation with the new provider (with consent).
- We will ensure that discontinuation occurs in a professional, ethical, and supportive manner to prioritise the client’s well-being.
